Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and any information you provide during registration or while using the Services.
Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors, Razorpay and/or Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our own servers.
Customer communication data: where you use PIWA to communicate with your own customers via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, or other supported channels, we process the message content, contact details, and metadata necessary to deliver that functionality, acting as a data processor on your behalf.
Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and analytics collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you interact with our websites and applications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Services; process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support matters; monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Services; detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, court order, or governmental request;
